Situated next to our Standard House project, in the historic town of Godalming, this impressive scheme was purchased with no planning permission. It is currently in planning for conversion to residential, to create 50 units.

36 units will be obtained under Permitted Development Rights over the ground and first floor . A further full planning application has been prepared for a second floor and roof extension to provide an additional 14 dwellings, together with alterations to the elevations and associated works.
