Located in the historic market town of Godalming, this was site was purchased conditionally on planning being approved.  It is currently in planning for conversion to residential, to create 45 units.

26 units have been successfully secured under Permitted Development Rights and a planning application is pending decision for the erection of a two storey extension, as well as, a second floor and roof extension to provide a further 19 dwellings.

The proposed scheme will offer 29 x 1 beds, 13 x 2 beds and 3 x 3 beds, over ground, first, second and first floor. All units will be available on Help To Buy.

Farncombe Train Station is 0.9 miles and direct trains run to London Clapham Junction in 35 minutes and London Waterloo in 45 minutes.
